Zhang Zhengling said that the phenomenon of abandoning the wind and abandoning light in some areas is due to the mismatch of new energy development and market, the lack of cross provincial transmission channels, unreasonable power structure and imperfect policy mechanism. The existing constraints for the development of new energy, the urgent need to further accelerate the construction of UHV cross transmission channel; pooling of resources and market, power supply and power grid, is conducive to the establishment of new energy market mechanism in a wider range of accommodation, to promote inter provincial new energy consumption.
